When you register with ELP, we need to know your name, delivery address, email address and telephone number. These information will allow us to fulfill your order and notify you of the status of your order. All orders are fulfilled using a third party provider and we will therefore pass your details to that service provider so that they can deliver your goods to you. That third party provider has undertaken to us that the available information will not be passed on, and not for any other purpose than to deliver your ordered goods to you.
Unless we have your express consent, we will not disclose your personal data to third parties if this is required for the purpose of completing your transaction with us.
By submitting your information and using our website, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by us in the manner set out in this agreement. If we change our agreement, we will post the changes on the website so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use and under which circumstances we disclose it. We will also mail you should we make any changes to give you a chance to ask us not to use your information in that way.
